What a Heel!

I've completed the heel on my Simple Socks. I'm not really in love with the technique either. I kind of wonder just how comfortable a pair of socks can be with a SEAM running through the heel. Oh well, I'm committed to following the pattern this time.

While I'm on the subject of heels (and patterns), there's alot to be said for keeping up with your notes. I don't think I wrote the heel part down for my Black Socks, but still. I finished the other heel turn over the weekend and it looks nothing like it's mate. Crap.
